About Me
Stephanie grew up in Sacramento, California where at the age of three she began studying ballet at the request of her grandmother but when she performed for the first time, she knew she belonged. But really, she refused to leave the stage after her first performance. Her parents had to run up and drag her off. She has since outgrown that.
At the age of eighteen, she traded in her pointe shoes to study acting in New York at The New Actors Workshop. She studied with greats such as Mike Nichols and George Morrison while also studying with guests teachers such as Stanley Tucci and Shakespeare with Kevin Kline. Rough life.
Having a love for film, Stephanie began dabbling in creating her own work. She produced and directed her first short film The Other Side which led to her partnership in co-founding the series Project:Girl, a series about the beauty of girlhood. She is currently working on her first feature film, Jacq & Gill.
Stephanie currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband, their two dogs Finny and Freddie, and their grumpy cat Sebastian. You will find her dancing around the kitchen pretending to be the host of her very own cooking show on YouTube.
